Smead 64922 The Smead Viewables Color Labeling System with 2/5 cut file folders is the ultimate top tab filing system. It incorporates the functionality of computer generated Viewables color code labeling with durable two-pli folders that have tabs in one position only. Using Smead folders with tabs in one position creates a straight line of indexing. This is called Straight-Line Filing (SLF) and when combined with color coded labels, create a color band that will enhance the filing and retrieval process. Enjoy the convenience of having folders and labels in one package. The Windows® based PC system creates labels to apply to folders. Simply print labels, then apply the label to the folder so the color band wraps around the tab. The color coded subject heading is viewable from the front and back of the folder. Software sold separately.
