Smead 31015 A uniquely designed and printed folder, Smead CC2 style folders work in both top tab and end tab file cabinets. A large wrap-around color bar is printed on the top and end tab of each folder, with reverse numerals 0 thru 9 spaced in 1/2" increments on the back side of the tabs. Ten different printed colors are used to indicate the first primary filing digit in either straight numeric or terminal digit indexing systems. The second primary filing digit is indicated by wrapping a colored tape around the tab in the position of the corresponding numeral. A stair-step pattern is created in the file by the tapes. Misfiled folders stand out from the surrounding folders because the tape breaks the pattern. A blank area is available on the top tab and the side of the front panel for application of labels or bar codes.
